This is …

… the webpage of Tim Stevens, PhD candidate in the Department of War Studies, King’s College London. My thesis is ‘Cyber Security and the Politics of Time’, in which I examine how collective understandings of time and temporality shape the politics of cyber security.

My list of publications can be found here, which also includes links to article preprints and working papers. My recent book, with David J. Betz, is Cyberspace and the State (Routledge, 2011), with whom I also co-authored an article in Security Dialogue, ‘Analogical Reasoning and Cyber Security‘ (2013).

I am an Associate of the Centre for Science & Security Studies, and an Associate Fellow of the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation.

Please feel free to contact me – my details are here.
